You build a construction dashboard on a real-scale training dataset — 43,857 man-hours, ₦1.9bn of MEPF works value, 332 working days — with SPI 0.87, CPI 0.98 and EAC ₦1.810bn, every number validated before it goes on a card. (The dataset is anonymised teaching material from the academy's training pack.)
