This is not a course you attend. It is a system you install. You bring your own timesheets, your own programme and your own payment terms — and each week you leave with one more part of the system built on your own data.

What changes: you stop guessing your norms (twenty measured items replace the numbers from a book); you see the 25–35% of man-hours that is not installation; you know your funding requirement before the bank asks; you publish a forecast range with the assumptions named; and you install a weekly rhythm that takes PPC from 60% to 85% in about three months.
The capstone: twenty minutes, to a room acting as your board. You present the database, the programme, the cash flow, the forecast, the recovery plan and the scorecard — all on your own data. The board asks one hostile question each. You answer with a number.
Attend the sessions and clinics, do the work on your own project, and if the system has not changed how your projects are planned and priced, tell us within seven days of the capstone and we refund in full.
